2019 Registration Information

Preserved Innocence wants to help our community by providing them with holiday dinners boxes for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Names will be drawn randomly on November 18th & December 16th. Families will be notified immediately following the drawing. Registration will close on December 13th

​To register you must meet the following requirements:

• ​Live in the following counties:

  • DeKalb

  • Clayton

  • Henry

  • Fulton

• Have a child 17 or younger in the home

• Provide picture ID

  • Government issued ID (i.e. Drivers License or ID Card) OR

  • School Photo ID with Name

• Provide reliable contact information

  • Phone Number

  • email (if applicable)

  • Address for delivery(if needed)

*NOTE: Boxes can be picked up by an adult over the age of 18 if they can provide their ID.

*All personal information will be kept confidential and will not be sold or used for any marketing purposes.
